Triple Border Tutorial

First of all I would like to thank Leah from Leah's Border Boutique for sharing the code for triple borders. I had been playing with double and triple borders before but she made it simple! Visit her site for beautiful graphics and her triple border tutorial.
Thank you Leah!

Using triple borders is easy and fun! Here is the code and some hints on using it. You can just highlight and copy it. Then change anything in red to what you will be using.
Further down the page are some tips for changing the "red" code.

<html>
<head>
<title></title>
</head>
<body background="gif or jpg" bgcolor="white" text="your color" link="your color choice" vlink="your color choice" alink="your color choice">
<br>
<br>

<table background="gif or jpg" border="4" bordercolor="#color" width="90%" align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<tr>
<td>

<br>
<br>
<table background="gif or jpg" border="4" bordercolor="#color" width="90%" align="center" cellpadding="5" cellspacing="0">
<tr>
<td>

<br>
<br>
Okay, this is the center where you can put your text and page information.

Now for the most important part - the closing tags!
If you miss one in Netscape your page won't show up.

</td>
</tr>
</table>
<br>
<br>

</td>
</tr>
</table>
<br>
<br>

</body>
</html>

Hints

I show the border as 4, but this can be bigger or smaller.

Make the bordercolor #color a color that compliments your choice of background images.

The <br> code is used to add space to your borders. You can add more or less.

The border width "90%" can be 75%, 80%, etc. Changing this will make the border wider or narrower. They also don't have to be the same. One can be 90% and the other can be 80%.

I made the cellpadding 5 on the center border (where your text goes) to keep the text from butting right up to the middle border. You can change this also.

If you notice on this page I have text on the center border and the middle border; you can also put info on the outside border.
